Where can I find banners and text ads?
All marketing materials can be accessed from the affiliate dashboard. You can login at afilliates.membermouse.com.
Once you’ve accessed the affiliate dashboard, go to the Marketing Materials menu. There you will be able to choose from Banners, Text Ads and Text Links to see a preview of the available resources provided as well as the code you’ll need to paste onto your site.
When are Payments Sent?
Payments are sent on the 1st of each month. For each sale that you make, there is a 1 month "pending" period before the commission is confirmed. This is to account for potential refunds.
If the customer you referred hasn't refunded during this period, then your commission is confirmed and you will be paid on the 1st day of the month that follows.
So, for example, if you make a sale on the 6th of August, then the sale will be confirmed in September and you will be paid on the 1st of October.
What Sales Will I be Credited For?
As an affiliate, you will be credited for any sale that you generate now or in the future.
You will receive a commission on any sale that a visitor makes who came to member mouse.com via your affiliate link no matter what product they purchase and no matter which page on the site you sent them to through your link.
What is the Cookie Duration?
We have a cookie duration of 90 days.
This means that if you refer a customer today and they purchase MemberMouse within the next 90 days, then you'll be credited for the sale.
This is not to be confused with membership duration. If you refer a visitor that becomes a MemberMouse member then you will be credited for their first purchase.
Is there a minimum payout?
Yes. Affiliates must earn a minimum affiliate account balance of $50 or more before their account is eligible for payment. Commission amounts earned for less than $50 will remain pending until the full $50 minimum balance has been earned.
Why Didn't I Receive a Commission?
If a customer uses your link to purchase a product, but you still do not receive a commission, one of two things may have happened:
1. A customer used a link on your site which wasn't tagged with your affiliate ID.
It's easy to overlook a link inside a blog article or an older page you haven't updated in a while. Please make sure all the links you share are affiliate links.
2. Your affiliate ID wasn't credited for referral, because another affiliate's tracking cookie was still active in the customer's browser.
Our affiliate software tracks affiliate links on a first come first serve-basis. The first affiliate link clicked will get the referral, even if other affiliate links are clicked after it. Since our cookies have a 90 day duration, your client might still have another affiliate's tracking cookie active.
The first come first serve affiliate tracking will balance itself over time, but if you want to make a personal referral immediately, please instruct your clients to clear their cookies before purchasing!
How are Payments Made?
Payments are made through PayPal to the PayPal email address that you used to sign up with.
Can I Purchase Through my Own Affiliate Link?
No. We frown upon the purchasing of our products through your own affiliate link in order to ensure that credit goes to the correct affiliate.
We will not pay out commissions to anyone who purchases through their own link. And we reserve the right to suspend your account if you do so.
Where Can I See My Pending Commissions?
Pending commissions are recorded instantly (at the point of purchase) and can be seen by logging into your affiliate dashboard and then going to Commissions > Pending Approval. You can also review your paid and current commissions from the Commissions menu.
Are We Open to Podcast / Webinar / Other Live Promotions?
We are happy to work with affiliates that have a certain degree of reach by running educational and promotional webinars and by joining you on your podcast.
Obviously these promotions require a certain amount of time and resources to prepare and set up so we can only feasibly work with affiliates that have a certain degree of exposure in the marketplace.

The MemberMouse affiliate program is open to everyone. Feel free to use your affiliate link and any of our provided marketing materials to promote our products, or otherwise create original content to ethically do the same. Please do your due diligence when providing facts about MemberMouse in your content and advertising. If we discover that you are misrepresenting MemberMouse features or services, we will point out the inconsistencies to you with the intention that they will be corrected in a timely manner.
And now some ground rules:
- You may not do anything to represent your content or advertising as part of the MemberMouse brand, or yourself as MemberMouse personnel.
- You may not use your affiliate link on coupon or discount sites.
- You may not direct link to our site with your pay-per-click campaigns. Please send traffic to your own landing pages.
- You may not use any type of spam to promote our products.
- You may not create your own coupon discount, bonus initiative or in any other way claim that customers will receive a discount by purchasing through your affiliate link.
- You may not make personal purchases using your own affiliate link.
If we discover that you are doing any of the above, we reserve the right to suspend your account at any time, without prior warning and we will not pay out any remaining pending or approved commissions.
Generally, keep things on the up and up, promote responsibly. We will do everything in our power to support and help all well-meaning, ethical affiliates in any way we can.
We will not share any of your data with anyone. The data we collect is used for us to keep in touch with you and make sure you get paid. That’s it.

AFFILIATE AND MERCHANT RIGHTS

To be an authorized affiliate of MemberMouse, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement.
Please read this agreement carefully before registering and using the MemberMouse affiliate program. By signing up for the MemberMouse affiliate program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions.
The term of this agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your application and will end when terminated by either party. Either you or we may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party notice of termination. Notice by e-mail, to your e-mail address on our records, is considered sufficient notice for to terminate this agreement. If this agreement is terminated because you have violated the terms of this agreement, or have done something illegal, then you are not eligible to receive any commissions payments, even for commissions earned prior to the date of termination. If this agreement is terminated for any other reason, you are only eligible to earn a commission on sales occurring during the term of the agreement, and commissions earned through the date of termination will remain payable only if the related orders are not canceled or returned. We reserve the right to withhold your final payment for a reasonable time to ensure that the correct amount is paid.
All affiliate signups are subject to approval by the owners and administrators of MemberMouse. MemberMouse reserves the full rights on all products and tools offered inside the affiliate program. The promotional tools are not to be considered private label rights (PLR) material and affiliates as well as customers do not have resale rights in any way.
MemberMouse retains the right to reject any affiliates at any time, for any reason and regardless of any previous conditions. Any attempts to use unethical or illegal promotion methods as well as any attempts to deceive MemberMouse and the operators of the affiliate program will lead to immediate closure of the affiliate's account as well as the blocking of any further attempts of that same affiliate or proxies of that same affiliate to sign up.
By signing up to the MemberMouse affiliate program you agree that:
- You are of legal age and there is no legal reason that would prevent or disallow you from promoting products as an affiliate and earning commissions from these promotions.
- Any website/newsletter/video or other content (further referred to as "content") is originally created by you and/or licensed to you.
- Your promotional content and/or website is not in conflict with any laws.
- Your promotional content is not defamatory and does not violate any entity's rights.
- Your promotional content does not infringe any copyrights.
- You never do any kind of unsolicited promotions anywhere (commonly known as spamming).
- You will not use any fraudulent methods to generate impressions, clicks and commissions

All of your personal information is securely stored and is only used for MemberMouse to keep you up to date on our affiliate system and our offers for you to promote.

AFFILIATE PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

All approved MemberMouse affiliates can generate commissions by referring customers through their individual affiliate links, accessible in the affiliate dashboard.
Commission amounts start at a baseline of 25% and may increase due to individual bonus rewards. MemberMouse reserves the right to change affiliate commission amounts at any time (you will be notified in advance if this happens and the changes are never retroactive).

It is the affiliate's responsibility to ensure that their affiliate links and promotional banners are placed within their promotional material correctly.
All approved, non-refunded commissions are paid out once per month, after a 1 month delay to account for potential refunds. Affiliates must earn a minimum affiliate account balance of $50 or more before their account is eligible for payment. Commission amounts earned for less than $50 will remain pending until the full $50 minimum balance has been earned.
The only accepted payout method is via PayPal. All affiliates can create a free PayPal account and must enter their correct payment address in their dashboard to be eligible for payments.
MemberMouse does not approve purchases of affiliates through their own affiliate links.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

MemberMouse will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits, or data, arising in connection with this agreement or the affiliate program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Further, our aggregate liability arising with respect to this agreement and the affiliate program will not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to you under this agreement.
